we want our customers to have an exceptional and happy experience, starting with great communication, that is friendly and professional, and enjoyable,
we do ask everyone who books treatments packages or events through us to leave a review as it does help build a picture of us as a business and it builds a trust with clients and potential future clients.
There is a number of platforms where you can leave an review with Google and Facebook being the most popular. We do also have a highlight section on Instagram where we will post a some of the reviews we have received. We appreciate not everyone uses social media.
We welcome feedback or any kind but we do request that of you have any kind of issues with the level of any of the service that Feel Good HQ ourselves have provided or a therapist or a supplier. We do ask that at that point in time it is taken up with any supplier / therapist at the time to see if the issue can be quickly resolved there and then.
